It is great to see a new growing publication like the Navajo Post and others, I’ve seen many things in my time and it seem in today’s Navajo Nation we look up to our government too much.
Navajo Nation scholarships, Utility assistants, Chapter money, and even hay for our own livestock, that’s not right.
We should be telling our people to get out and work, whatever happen to hard work?
The monies, federal programs people rely on, is someone else is money-The American Tax payers. Other people worked very hard to get that dollar.
I would urge everyone reading this to make a effort to not seek Navajo Nation assistants. People complain about Council Delegates ripping off the people, or corruption-but at the end of the day those same individuals seek government assistants, I say shut up or put up!
There is something wrong here.
You have people complaining about things they do not know about, they just echo whatever the other person said. Facts, is a very powerful thing. If you have something to say, show us the facts. Lay it out…
One fine example: “Navajo Tribal officials are corrupt” Okay? How? What are your facts….
Answer: “They stole money” okay? How? Do you see a trend that gets us no where.
Don’t just give us talking points. I said what I needed to, now you go take this challenge and make it happen.
