State Gambling Revenue total $12.7 million

State regulators say business is improving in tribal casinos in Arizona.
The Gaming Department says tribal payments to the state from gambling revenue will total $12.7 million for the final three months of 2011. That’s a 12 percent increase above the same quarter a year earlier. Gaming Director Mark Brnovich says it’s the second consecutive quarter of increased payments to the state.
