San Juan County, NM– The San Juan County Sheriff’s Office, in partnership with other law enforcement agencies, will be participating in the ‘Cinco De Mayo Mini Blitz’ that starts May 2nd and ends on Monday May 7th.  In addition we will be conducting DWI enforcement activities throughout the month of May and through the month of June..  The Sheriff’s Office has planned DWI enforcement patrols and DWI checkpoints throughout the county and will actively look for violations.

The Sheriff’s Office strongly believe in the importance of saving lives through proactive strategies and encourages citizens to take an active role in their community and report suspected drunk drivers by calling 911.  Together our actions save lives!
