BIZARRE: Mom gave her 2-year-old beer as a means of “reverse psychology”

PHOENIX – Valerie Marie Topete, 36 poured beer into her 2 year old sippy cup, late Tuesday. Phoenix Police was called out to the Peter Piper Pizza in the Valley, after receiving reports of a drunk toddler.
According to court documents, she gave the 2 year old beer, as a means of “reverse psychology,” reported the AZ Republic.
The sippy cup had apple juice, but she spiced it up with beer because he kept grabbing to the sippy cup- now she faces child abuse. One Peter Piper pizza employee, saw the toddler drop to the floor staggering. Phoenix Police the 2 year old was taken to the hospital and was later released to his father.
Topete is now in jail facing one count of child abuse.
