Navajo Women faces Life in Prison

Michelle Davida Harvey, 28 is alleged to have killed Carlos Peney Mose, a Monument Valley tour guide, both are members of the Navajo Nation.
According to court records, Harvey killed Mose and later was pronounced dead at the Chinle Hospital earlier this year. The indictment says Harvey used a Taurus .22 caliber revolver, but details are not being disclosed nor does it say exactly what happened.
Harvey was arrested Friday in Olijato, Utah, and was arraigned Monday. She faces charges of ‘second-degree murder and discharging a firearm during the commission of a violent crime.’ said the U.S. Attorney office.
The Navajo Nation and the FBI are conducting the investigation.
