GALLUP – Chief Deputy Assistant District Attorney Jim Bierly was found dead at 1 a.m. Thursday morning in his home, authorities say it is an apparent suicide, reported the Gallup Independent.

Authorities say, Bierly was inside when police arrived to take a report from his girlfriend of a domestic dispute between both parties. The GPD, said at that time she heard two gun shots coming from the DA home.

That is when Gallup Police found the body of the prosecutor- this incident is still being investigated.
