PHOENIX – On Sunday night, a Arizona Transportation officer shot and killed his neighbor  in apparent self-defense. The officer drew his gun, reported CBS5 Phoenix.

The officer duty officer told Phoenix Police the man tried to pour gasoline on him during an argument. Their identities were not released, Transportation officer monitor commercial vehicles and can make traffic stops like a regular traffic patrol officer.
