TSE BONITO, N.M- The Navajo Nation Department of Transportation signed an agreement with the Federal Highway Administration on Feb 25. The signing took place in the new transportation building that houses the department officials and staff.

President Shelly praised the signing, he said it would eliminate the ‘BIA middleman.’
