The Navajo Nation needs a New Order for the 21st Century

We need to reform our government, restructure it for this century. We need to go back to the Era of the Chairmanship. Right now, people are trying to fit round pegs into square holes, that won’t cut it.

If we go back to the Chairmanship style of government, it will create a government system that will let a President lead a Nation. The Navajo Nation will lead all Tribal Nations within the next 20 years, all Tribes in the U.S. should partner with the Navajo Nation for a Global perspective of our global citizenship.

Currently, the Navajo Nation has too many leaders and not enough Leaders…meaning; Washington ought to just hear one voice, the Executive Office of the Navajo Nation. Right now, the Navajo government is like a bowl of noodles with too many strands tangled together. By going back to the Chairmanship style of government, there will be one voice, one leader, and one goal in mind to create this New Order.

In order to build a solid strong economy, we need to empower the Business owner to flourish, we need to empower the people with business ownership, create a system that will allow businesses to grow and only then will be create jobs. Invest in growing businesses now, and you will have invested in the Future. Everything else will follow: Water, Energy, Technology, and most of all Democracy.

Time is changing, we best get with it now.
