Harry McCabe, 52 got 13 years in prison for firing a .22 caliber at a mans head seriously injuring him, according to the U.S. Attorneys office in Phoenix.

He was convicted by a federal jury back in Nov. 2012 the Navajo Nation has seen an escalation of crime throughout the reservation recently.

McCabe is from Woodsprings, No further information was provided.
